    Spatial Study of Economy with the US and China Data

    This workshop will discuss available data for the spatial study of economy in the US and China. These data include government statistics, census data, business data and spatial data at different administrative and geographical levels. It will introduce some online tools for data access and analysis. It will present some comparative studies on the space-time analysis of industrial structure changes in the US and China. The future directions for the integration of government statistics, census data, business data, spatial data and big data as well as their applications will also be discussed.
