Research Interset Michigan State is a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural state. In this state is inhabited by different races and diverse cultural communities. I’m deeply interested in the phenomenon of multi-ethnic living pattern in American and I would very much like to know that in the process of modernization, whether American minority ethnic groups were also faced the phenomenon of being scattered? Whether different races came across the conflicts due to cultural differences among community interaction (such as the conflicts between blacks and whites)? Whether they suffer from the problem of space and environment allocation and who wound benefit from it. How the spatial isolation affects people’s attitudes and behavior, and what social consequences it will lead to. What roles it plays in the urban space evolution. This research will find answers to all these questions in the process as a visiting scholar.
